The EvincoInvest regulatory licence
The EvincoInvest Management Team has set a strategy of obtaining our tier one regulatory licence by Q3 of 2023. Everyone at EvincoInvest works towards the stringent policies and procedures we have in place to ensure your safety as a trader. But that’s not all! We also carry out all our regulatory and compliance checks to ensure that we meet, or should we say surpass the regulatory standards tier one Forex regulated brokers are working with. Not having our tier one regulatory licence means that we don’t actually need to carry out any AML nor KYC checks. We do though because you, as our trader, comes first. Your well-being is paramount to our success!
As a trader at EvincoInvest, we ask that you meet us halfway. How do you do this? By following our regulatory rules. As our trader, we’re going to ask you to provide us with documentation. We use this documentation so that we can run our KYC and AML checks. As we’ve said multiples on this page and on many other pages on our site, your peace of mind is what matters.

The EvincoInvest Markets Compliance & Legal Team continue to follow the latest circulars sent out by tier one regulators. Based on these circulars, we make changes to our policies and procedures. If we make any major changes, we will always inform you via an email.
The EvincoInvest Back Office Team
The EvincoInvest Markets Back Office Team, which also is made up of the Account Opening Team, too, is the first department you’re going to interact with when you open your trading account. They carry out all the AML & KYC checks as soon as you get started with us.
